Canada beats US women 5-1 in Four Nations final
TIKKURILA, Finland (AP) -Canada has rallied from a goal down to beat the
United States 5-1 in the Four Nations Cup final.
Jocelyne Lamoreux gave the U.S. women's hockey team the lead midway through
the first period Saturday before Canada took control.
Carla MacLeod, Meghan Aghosta, Tessa Bonhomme, Cherie Piper and Jayna
Hefford scored for Canada.
The U.S. had beaten Canada 3-2 in their final group game on Friday.
It was the 12th final between the two countries in the Four Nations Cup.
Canada has won nine.
